Bay laurel topiary plants
Bay laurel make excellent topiary plants with their narrow, leathery, glossy dark evergreen foliage, which is extremely aromatic and often used in cooking. Also known by its Latin name Laurus nobilis, our most popular bay laurel topiary plants include quarter and half standard lollipops and topiary cones. They produce small, star-shaped yellow flowers in spring, followed by circular green then black fruits later in the season. Our top tip is to position bay laurel topiary close to an entrance or path, so you can take in its aromatic scent each time you pass by. Use the leaves in soups and marinade mixes. Add to dry rice to impart its spicy flavour and to meat and vegetable dishes.
